Arby’s Gluten-Free Menu 2023
There are plenty of options available at Arby’s if you are looking for a gluten-free option. You’ll find salads, wraps, burgers, chicken tenders, nuggets, fries, and more. However, there isn’t a single item on the entire menu that is completely gluten-free. There are only two items that come close: the salad and the burger.
You can still enjoy a delicious sandwich at Arby’s, but you might have to request it without the bun. If you’d prefer to avoid the risk of cross-contamination, you should consider ordering a salad instead.
If you are looking for a healthier option, you can try out any of the other menu items. Just keep in mind that almost all of them won’t be entirely gluten-free.

Arby’s gluten-free has been around since 2007, but it was only recently that the company started offering its products online. Their website offers recipes, nutritional information, and even shopping lists. And if you have any questions, they’re always happy to answer them via email.
