However, Olive Garden’s appetizers won’t be dairy-free, but the side dishes definitely will be. Unfortunately, all of their dessert items contain dairy products and therefore must be avoided for those following a dairy-free diet.

So if you’re looking for a delicious Italian dining experience that caters to your need for a dairy-free meal, Olive Garden is sure to please you in 2024!

Here is a list of the dairy-free options available at Olive Garden:

Every other item in their Entrée menu includes dairy as an ingredient so you need to be extra careful when browsing for your choice.

Unfortunate news for fans of Olive Garden – all appetizers are not dairy free. Unfortunately, all the delicious appetizers created by the popular Italian restaurant contain dairy in some form or another.

If you have a dairy allergy or prefer to go dairy free, then you’ll have to stay away from this place if you’re looking for an appetizer.

  1. Just had lunch today at Olive Garden. Didn’t see or taste any mayo in the dressing. The waitress told me it was a combo of oil, vinegar and lemon with possible dash of cheese but she than added fresh ground Parmesan. Looked for a copycat recipe and cloud only find the creamy version. This was at the Vancouver Mall in WA. Might they have changed the recipe? Thanks for a reply in advance.
