Fortunately, there are plenty of options available for those who suffer from gluten intolerance. One option is to prepare gluten-free chicken wings at home.
To make gluten-free buffalo chicken wings, start by lining a baking sheet with aluminum foil or on a rack. Then pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Next, place the chicken wings on the pan. Season them with salt and pepper.
Next, whisk the remaining ingredients together in another small bowl. Brush the sauce on the chicken wings. Bake the 3-4 lbs chicken wings for 15 minutes at 350° F. Remove the wings from the oven and brush them again. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Finally, you can simply boil them. Place the chicken wings in a pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Remove the chicken wings from -the pot and let them cool slightly. Serve warm along with dipping sauce and sauce of choice.

First, you’ll want to make sure that the crispy chicken wings are completely cooled down before microwaving them. Otherwise, you risk drying out the meat by using the paper toweling method. Second, you’ll want to reheat the chicken wings in the microwave for no longer than 10 minutes at a time. Longer cooking times can cause the chicken wings to become tough.
You can reheat leftovers in a variety of ways. You can simply toss them in a bowl and cover them with plastic wrap. Or, you can place the chicken wings in a resealable bag and store them in the refrigerator until you’re ready to reheat them. Either way, you’ll want to avoid overcooking the chicken wings.
